Tawkan Technologies Ltd. is an Egyptian software company based in First Al Sheikh Zayed, Giza. We build ToucanWise, the voice-first AI ecommerce manager for Shopify and WooCommerce merchants in the GCC and Egypt.

Our team builds for how the region actually sells: Arabic as a first language, cash on delivery, and currencies such as KWD, BHD and OMR with three decimals.

Merchants should run their store by simply asking. ToucanWise answers questions about sales, profit, cash on delivery and inventory by voice or text, in English or Arabic.

The numbers are always computed by deterministic application code; the AI explains them, never invents them. Store changes only happen after a preview and your explicit confirmation.
