How does ToucanWise connect to my store?
You connect Shopify or WooCommerce from the app with the minimum permissions needed to read your data. ToucanWise then syncs automatically about every 30 minutes.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The free trial lasts 14 days, needs no credit card and lets you try paid-plan features. You will verify your phone number when you connect a store.
Is my store data safe?
Connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never returned to your browser. The AI model never gets direct access to your database. It can only call a fixed set of validated tools, and every request checks that the data belongs to you.
Can the assistant change my store?
Yes, if your plan includes confirmed store actions (see the plan comparison above). Even then, it only applies a change after it shows you a preview and you explicitly confirm. Nothing is changed silently, and read-only access is always enough to get answers.
Does it work in Arabic, including voice?
Yes. The app, the assistant, voice calls and emails all work in Arabic with a right-to-left layout. You can switch language at any time.
Which platforms are supported?
Shopify and WooCommerce. Other platforms are not supported yet. ToucanWise is a web app, and there is no mobile app.
How are currencies handled?
Every store keeps its own currency, including three-decimal currencies such as KWD, BHD and OMR. Amounts are never silently converted into another currency.
How are the numbers calculated?
Revenue, orders, refunds, inventory and period comparisons are computed by deterministic code in the application. The AI only explains the results, so the figures do not depend on the model.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Pay monthly or annually by card, Apple Pay, mobile wallet or installments and receive a tax invoice for each payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page in the app.
